Notice of English Company Name and Logo Update

Naturenix Inc. updated its English company name and logo on October 1, 2024.
Since September 2024, through Windee International, a joint venture with a local parking operator in Bangkok, Thailand, we have begun pilot testing electric bike batteries that support over 10,000 cycles at temperatures up to 45°C.
To accelerate expansion into regions facing challenges with rapid battery degradation, explosions, and fire risks due to high temperatures—such as ASEAN countries, the Middle East, and Africa—we revised our English company name and logo.

Previous: Naturanix Inc.

Mass production of these batteries is planned for Southeast Asia by the second quarter of 2025.
This change marks a step forward in our continued international expansion efforts.
